Appayan Saha, Kolkata : Akshay Kumar and director Priyadarshan are reuniting after 14 years for the horror-comedy film “Bhooth Bangla,” set to release on April 2, 2026. The duo previously collaborated on the 2007 hit “Bhool Bhulaiyaa,” and this new project is generating significant excitement among fans.
The film’s shooting commenced on December 10, 2024, at Jaipur’s Chomu Palace—the same location where “Bhool Bhulaiyaa” was filmed. This palace setting plays a crucial role in the narrative, with over 60% of the movie being shot there.
